1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Grow Real Chrome extension to automate comments, likes, and messages across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions as well as each platform’s terms of service.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance, Grow Real grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension for your personal or business purposes. This license covers Basic, Standard, and Advanced modes including scraping followers/following lists and sending automated comments or messages via our proxy.

3. User Obligations

• Use the extension in accordance with all applicable laws and social platform policies.
• Do not generate spam or violate rate limits beyond your chosen plan (30 free comments for trial, 1500 and 3500 for paid plans).
• Keep your Stripe checkout email and extension auth secret secure.
• Ensure accurate use of message and comment templates stored via Chrome Storage.

4. Payment & Billing

Free trial users receive 30 comments per month. Paid subscribers are billed via Stripe and receive 1500 or 3500 comments per billing period. During checkout you will provide an email used for subscription activation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately upon breach of these terms or misuse, including attempts to bypass comment limits, misuse of the OpenAI Proxy endpoint, or reverse engineering. Upon termination, your extension settings and access keys will be revoked.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Grow Real is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee comments, likes, or messages will be successfully posted, nor that the extension will function error-free under all circumstances or platform UI changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Grow Real shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including account suspensions or bans by social platforms, loss of data, or interruptions in service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes occur we will post the revised date here and notify you via email used in Stripe checkout.
